Yuhang is set to enrich its list of landmarks with the groundbreaking of the first phase of the Yuhang Luniao Hot Spring Resort Complex.
With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, this development is set to become a premier destination for family vacations and relaxation.
Situated in Xianbaikeng Village, Luniao Town, the resort’s first phase spans approximately 21 acres, with a total construction area of about 92,000 square meters. The complex is designed to provide diverse experiences, including a family-friendly resort, private hot spring baths, community spaces, and an immersive leisure environment.
The project will include 430 rooms, ranging from standard accommodations to suites, catering to families, social groups, and other diverse guests. This marks a key milestone in the project’s path toward its scheduled opening in 2028.
A key highlight of the development is its partnership with the renowned Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality to establish an MHub by MGM branded hotel. As part of the Liangzhu Culture Corridor’s first batch of “Top Ten Projects”, the resort is set to become a prominent player in the region’s luxury hotel market, attracting high-end travelers.
