Hangzhou Metro has recently launched a number of initiatives aimed at providing necessary assistance to tourists and residents.
Firstly, to provide convenience for passengers in locating their friends, designated meeting points have been set up at two stations in Hangzhou: the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University Station and Jianshesan Road Station. Both stations are interchange stations (between Line 2 and Line 7, and Line 4 and Line 6 respectively).
In addition, the Xiaoshan International Airport Station now offers luggage storage service. Those in need of storage can register their information at the front desk and ensure that the luggage tag and number tag match with each other after the package security check. The storage limit is less than 30kg, excluding items that are valuable, fragile, fresh, frozen, perishable, or those prohibited from rail transit. Passengers can retrieve their luggage before 22:00 on the same day with their baggage number tags.
