I had an incredible opportunity on Sep 26 to attend the 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE) as an international student from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, thanks to Hangzhoufeel’s invitation. It was really one of the most exciting and enriching days of my life in Hangzhou.
Throughout the day, we explored numerous stalls from various companies showcasing their latest innovations in engineering, medicine, and much more. As a medical student, I was particularly drawn to the medical inventions, including many remarkable technologies that truly opened my eyes. Among these, the AI-powered Wisdom Health e-Station stood out as an impressive and time-saving device in the field of medicine.
The Wisdom Health e-Station occupies a small footprint and provides a comfortable seat. It resembles a compact cabinet outfitted with an AI system and a touch screen interface. To begin, a patient initiates the process by scanning their hand lines and entering personal data such as age and name. Once this information is inputted, the machine automatically generates a list of standard tests that a doctor would typically perform during a routine examination.
In addition to these measurements, the machine also provides small medication tips tailored to any health issues you may have. Thankfully, I did not discover any health problems during my experience at the expo. Nevertheless, I cannot speak for everyone; perhaps some of you might want to give it a try and see for yourselves. The AI-powered Wisdom Health e-Station is undoubtedly a fantastic innovation in the medical field.
Now, you might be wondering how this technology is beneficial to us. With the ever-increasing global population, it is no secret that doctors are often overwhelmed and unable to meet the growing demand for medical consultations. The elderly frequently find themselves waiting for extended periods for their turn at hospitals. However, this AI-powered machine addresses that issue effectively. By allowing individuals to conduct their own medical examinations, it saves valuable time and resources. It is truly a wonderful advancement that could change the way we approach healthcare.
