Here are some of the most interactive must-visit spots across different exhibition areas at the third Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE).

Offline debut of “Black Myth: Wukong” Comprehensive Exhibition Zone

The highly anticipated official version of Black Myth: Wukong, China’s first AAA game, will make its offline debut, providing attendees of the third Global Digital Trade Expo with a chance to play the game on multiple platforms on site. Moreover, partnerships with global tech giants like NVIDIA, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Lenovo Legion, Hisense, and more will offer various gaming experiences and hardware interactions.

Robot exhibition

AI Zone

Over 60 robots from leading companies will be showcased, including humanoid and service robots. Features include piano-playing robots, chess-playing robots, coffee-serving robots, and advanced AI robots offering services like tech explanations and errand-running.

Michael Jackson virtual concert

Digital Culture and Entertainment Zone

A tribute virtual concert to Michael Jackson, with his likeness and voice recreated using digital technology. With full support from the Jackson family and the original production team, this experience will take participants through a script-based, immersive storyline, highlighting multiple classic Michael Jackson hits. The concert is free to attend during the event, providing fans with an emotional experience.

Futuristic transportation

Smart Mobility Zone

The domestically developed “Air Taxi” is the world’s first passenger-carrying, unmanned eVTOL to receive all three major airworthiness certifications. Designed by EHang for short-to-medium air travel, this autonomous vertical takeoff and landing aircraft aims to make traffic jams a thing of the past.

Autonomous driving experience

Smart Mobility Zone

Visitors can try out China’s first fully unmanned RoboTaxi for city use, offering a glimpse into the future of driverless taxis. AutoX, the developer of RoboTaxi and a Chinese pioneer in autonomous driving technology, offers live demonstrations of the technology at the event, allowing visitors to experience what autonomous, driverless taxis will be like in the near future.

Yuanmingyuan Zodiac Heads in glasses-free 3D

Digital Culture and Entertainment Zone

Have you ever experienced world-leading glasses-free 3D? At the Digital Trade Expo, no more dizzying gear—see the 3D collection of Yuanmingyuan Zodiac Heads from the Poly Art Museum with just your eyes! Thanks to glasses-free 3D holographic light field technology, the audience will see a real-life set of twelve bronze sculptures representing the animals of the Chinese zodiac, originally part of a fountain at Yuanmingyuan (the Old Summer Palace) in Beijing in the 18th century.

8K immersive interaction exhibition

Digital Culture and Entertainment Zone

The highly popular Deep Space 8K immersive experience, which has taken Shanghai by storm, is now available for Digital Trade Expo visitors. It breaks the boundaries of traditional exhibitions, where the audience becomes active explorers rather than passive observers. Experience a completely new dimension of virtual reality on a 16×9-meter wall projection and an equally large floor projection.

Cutting-edge healthcare technologies

Digital Medicine Zone

Cutting-edge healthcare technologies will be displayed, including AI diagnostics, robotic surgery, and health management robots. Attendees will also learn about gene sequencing and advancements in biochips.

International e-commerce products

Silk Road E-commerce Zone

This zone is centered on advancing e-commerce cooperation within the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). These sections will feature key aspects like e-commerce platforms, cross-border live streaming, and international logistics, as well as the roles of brands and distribution channels. E-commerce products from countries like Thailand, Australia, Russia, Korea, and Vietnam will be showcased and available for purchase.

Live broadcasting technology

Silk Road E-commerce Zone

At the Expo, you can see the debut of Yo!Car, the world’s first digital livestream vehicle designed to function as a mobile live stream studio. Additionally, the Kuaishou Virtual Studio (KVS), an avatar-driven broadcasting tool for creating professionally generated video and live stream content, will be on display.
